With my laser focus on details both big and small, the walk-through will focus on the mundane things most homeowners do not see. I will create a plan to get your home sparkling clean and uncluttered while creating the best way to dress it up and style it so you can sell it fast and for top dollar.
The Home Staging Process:
Step 1: On-site consultation to tour your home (inside and out), take photos, go over your budget, and hand over a customized action plan that includes details on the following:

How to de-clutter and de-personalize each room.

Recommended furniture arrangement for the best flow.

Paint, lighting, window treatment, and accessory arrangement ideas.

How to improve curb appeal.

Open House checklist.
Homeowners will follow the plan to accomplish everything that is listed.
Step 2: (Optional for an additional fee) I offer half-day or full-day staging and styling services. Prices vary depending on time, size of your home and whether you want us to stage with or without your furnishings.​
